Repair/Maintenance and Program Assistant
Shelley Shipman is the Kerr Center SARE PDP Program Assistant and Accounts Payable Clerk. She has worked as Director of Financial Aid and Grants at Central Oklahoma College, and brings a strong financial background to the PDP program. She is adept at developing and working with protocols and methodologies needed for effective program oversight from working with the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS).
She is an experienced director accomplished in corporate and post-secondary education compliance and administrative development. She has over eight years of in-depth knowledge and experience in operations and project management with a history of increasing organizational and personnel productivity, reducing staff turnover and implementing cost-saving policies to maintain operational budgets.
