2026 Southern OLAC Workshop & Farm Tour

Join the Oklahoma Local Agriculture Collaborative (OLAC) in partnership with OSU Extension and the Southern Oklahoma Urban & Small Farm Hub for three days of education centered around food safety, regenerative growing practices, connecting with local resources, and more. All events are FREE, but registration is required for each individual who will attend.

Schedule Breakdown:

Monday, August 31 – Produce Safety Alliance Training
8 AM – 5 PM
Spots are limited! This training will be FREE for individuals with tribal affiliation and/or those living within the Chickasaw Nation territory boundaries. Scholarships are available for attendees who do not meet these eligibility requirements; reach out to OLAC if you are interested.

Tuesday, September 1 – Southern OLAC Workshop
8 AM – 5 PM
Educational, conference-style sessions and exhibit hall with local resources and support!

Wednesday, September 2 – Southern OLAC Farm Tour
8 AM – 5 PM
On-Farm sessions. Wear appropriate outdoor clothing & footwear!
