OSU Extension Conference Center
Would you like to learn some easy, practical gardening techniques so that you can successfully grow your own food year-round, and learn new ways to prepare or preserve your harvest? Join this free workshop and go on a home-grown gardening “journey.” From site selection, soil preparation, cover cropping, planting, harvesting to food preservation, this workshop has it all! It can help you get started this fall and beyond.
There will be a walking tour of the Extension Gardens and the Community Garden beds so you can see the gardening practices discussed in action. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a lunch for this full day of interactive learning.
Registration is required and seating will be limited, so don’t wait to get signed up!
For more information or to register, visit the event webpage, or contact Diana Sansing by email or phone (405-713-1125).
