• Lauri Cellela – ranches with her husband near Poetry, Texas (N.E. Texas) where they run both sheep and cattle.

• Servando Leal – ranches in South Texas near Laredo. He specializes in all-natural grass-fed beef.

• Garrett Kunz – headquarters out of Stonewall, Texas and runs cattle on several leased properties.

A round table discussion will follow, where you will be able to ask any questions, share your concerns, and interact with other producers.
