Learn how to safely can your favorite low-acid foods in this pressure canning workshop. This method of canning is for low-acid foods such as vegetables, soups, stocks, meats, poultry, and seafood. This workshop is hands-on and will involve prepping white potatoes, packing them into jars, and processing using a dial gauge pressure canner. You will take home a jar of the canned food. For ages 18+ years old.
