Youth will learn basic food safety skills for canning a fresh jar of salsa. A tour of Prairie Earth Gardens, followed by a hands-on workshop on water-bath canning, is included. Please wear pants and closed-toed shoes, and bring a sack lunch. (Ages 8-12)
